From premium soccer cards to autographs, numbered cards, rookies, graded cards, and other collectibles, we make the consignment process simple. You send us yourcards, we handle the listing and sale, and you receive your share when your cards sell.

$100 Minimum Card Value

NEK_Vault only accepts individual cards valued at $100 or more for consignment.

Cards valued below $100 are not eligible for our standard consignment service.

NEK_Vault retains a 10% commission on completed sales.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Submit Your Cards

Contact NEK_Vault with information about the cards you'd like to consign.

Individual cards must have an estimated value of at least $100 to qualifyfor consignment.

Please provide:

  • Player/card name

  • Year and set

  • Card number

  • Serial number, if applicable

  • Autograph or memorabilia information, if applicable

  • Grading company and grade, if the card is already graded

  • Photos of the front and back

  • Your expected sale price, if applicable

NEK_Vault will review your submission and determine whether the cards are appropriatefor consignment.

Submitting a card does not guarantee that NEK_Vault will accept it for consignment.

2. Ship Your Cards to NEK_Vault

Once your cards have been approved for consignment, you'll receive instructions for shipping them to us.

The consignor is responsible for properly packaging and shipping their cards to NEK_Vault.

For valuable cards, we strongly recommend:

  • Penny sleeves

  • Top loaders or card savers

  • Team bags

  • Bubble mailers or appropriate boxes

  • Tracking

  • Shipping insurance appropriate to the card's value

Please package cards carefully. We are not responsible for damage that occurs because cards were improperly packaged before being received by NEK_Vault.

3. We Receive & Document Your Cards

Once your cards arrive, NEK_Vault will document the inventory.

Depending on the card, this may include:

  • Photographing the card

  • Recording the card's condition

  • Recording serial numbers

  • Recording existing grading information

  • Documenting visible defects or damage

  • Assigning an inventory/consignment record

This process helps protect both the consignor and NEK_Vault by establishing what was received.

4. We List & Market Your Cards

Once your cards are accepted, NEK_Vault handles the selling process.

This may include:

  • Product photography

  • Shopify listings

  • Social media promotion

  • Pricing

  • Customer inquiries

  • Negotiating with potential buyers

  • Processing payments

  • Packaging sold cards

  • Shipping orders to buyers

5. Your Card Sells

When your card sells, NEK_Vault retains a 10% commission from the final sale price.

The remaining 90% goes to the consignor, subject to any other deductions or terms specifically agreed upon in the consignment agreement.

Example

Card sells for $1,000

  • Sale price: $1,000

  • NEK_Vault commission: $100

  • Consignor's share: $900

Card sells for $500

  • Sale price: $500

  • NEK_Vault commission: $50

  • Consignor's share: $450

THE NEK_VAULT 10% COMMISSION

Our consignment commission is 10% of the final sale price.

That 10% covers the services involved in helping sell your card, including:

  • Inventory management

  • Photography

  • Listing creation

  • Marketing

  • Customer communication

  • Sales processing

  • Packaging

  • Order fulfillment

  • Shipping coordination

You keep 90% of the sale price, subject to the terms and deductions outlined in your consignment agreement.

WHAT NEK_VAULT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR

Once your card has been received and accepted by NEK_Vault, we will take reasonable care of the card while it is in our possession and control.

Our responsibilities include:

  • Recording your consigned inventory

  • Documenting the card

  • Taking reasonable care of the card while in our possession

  • Listing the card accurately

  • Marketing the card

  • Communicating with potential buyers

  • Processing completed sales

  • Properly packaging sold cards

  • Providing shipping information when applicable

  • Accounting for completed sales

  • Paying the consignor their applicable share

  • Returning unsold cards according to the applicable consignment terms

WHAT NEK_VAULT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR

Market Value

NEK_Vault does not guarantee that a card will sell for a specific price or that the card will maintain or increase in value.

Card values can change based on player performance, demand, supply, market conditions, and other factors.

Pre-Existing Damage

NEK_Vault is not responsible for defects or damage that existed before the card was received and documented by NEK_Vault.

This can include:

  • Corner wear

  • Edge wear

  • Surface scratches

  • Print defects

  • Whitening

  • Dents

  • Creases

  • Centering issues

  • Other manufacturing or condition issues

Unsold Cards

NEK_Vault does not guarantee that a consigned card will sell.

Cards that do not sell may remain listed according to the agreed consignment terms or may be returned to the consignor upon request, subject to those terms.

SHIPPING, LOSS & DAMAGE

Shipping TO NEK_VAULT

The consignor is responsible for properly packaging and shipping cards to NEK_Vault.

NEK_Vault is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery caused by a third-party shipping carrier or other third party while a package is in transit to NEK_Vault.

This includes:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier mishandling

  • Transportation damage

  • Delayed shipments

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Weather-related delays or disruptions

  • Carrier errors

  • Carrier service interruptions

For valuable cards, consignors are strongly encouraged to use tracking and appropriate shipping insurance.

If a package is lost or damaged by a shipping carrier, the appropriate party shouldpursue the applicable claim with the carrier or insurance provider.

Shipping FROM NEK_VAULT

When a consigned card sells, NEK_Vault will package the card appropriately andarrange shipment to the buyer.

Once the package has been transferred to an independent third-party shippingcarrier, NEK_Vault is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery caused by that carrier or another third party, except to the extent required by applicable law or caused by NEK_Vault's own misconduct or failure to followthe agreed shipping procedures.

Important

NEK_Vault is responsible for taking reasonable care of your card while it is in our possession and control.

Once a properly packaged shipment has been transferred to a third-party carrier, events caused by that carrier are outside of NEK_Vault's control.

OWNERSHIP OF CONSIGNED CARDS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the consignor retains ownership of the card while it is being offered for consignment.

Submitting a card to NEK_Vault for consignment does not by itself transfer ownership of the card to NEK_Vault.

The card remains the property of the consignor until it is sold to a buyer in accordance with the applicable consignment agreement.

The consignor represents that they have the legal right to consign and sell the card.

AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION

Consignors are responsible for providing accurate information about the cards they submit.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Authenticity

  • Ownership

  • Player

  • Year

  • Set

  • Card number

  • Serial number

  • Autograph

  • Memorabilia/relic information

  • Existing grading information

  • Known alterations or modifications

NEK_Vault does not provide professional card grading services.

Cards that are already graded may be submitted for consignment, and their existing grading information may be included in the listing.

NEK_Vault may decline any card at its discretion.

UNSOLD CARDS & RETURNS

If your card does not sell, you may have the option to:

Continue Consignment

Keep the card listed with NEK_Vault and continue looking for a buyer.

Request a Return

Request that your card be returned to you according to the terms of the consignment agreement.

Return shipping costs and processing times will be handled according to the applicable agreement.

CONSIGNOR RESPONSIBILITIES

By submitting cards to NEK_Vault, the consignor agrees to:

  • Submit only cards that meet the $100 minimum individual card value

  • Provide accurate information

  • Confirm they have the right to sell the cards

  • Properly package cards for shipment

  • Use appropriate shipping methods

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information

  • Disclose known authenticity or condition issues

  • Review and agree to the NEK_Vault Consignment Agreement

  • Understand that NEK_Vault does not guarantee a sale or specific selling price
